3 tbsp sugar (didn't need but had anyway)
Feeling: hungry

11:45am 
2 boiled eggs
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 can french style green beans low sodium
1 small can of corn low sodium
1 cup grapes
Feeling:  hungry

2:39pm
8 reduced fat club crackers
1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
dill weed and garlic salt - pinches of each
12 slices turkey pepperoni
Feeling: hungry and bored
