Oh My Sweat!!!!!!!!!

Today I decided to start an insane workout again!  It's called INSANITY! and it is just that. insane!  i did it before but I was also 21 pounds lighter.  those 21 pounds make a huge difference. I could not do what I was able to do last time but none the less, I got it done!!!!!! it wasn't pretty but if working out is pretty you are not doing it right, right?  Here is my first fit test results. I will also be keeping track of them on the tab for workouts.

Power Jacks 18
Power Knees 45
Power Jumps 7
Globe Jumps 2
Suicide Jumps 4 floor only not up and down
Push-Up Jacks 10
Low Plank Oblique 8
